helpful staff convenient location small room inconvenient cleaning
The staff were helpful with directions and local recommendations. The location was convenient (a short walk to the train station). I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general.
The room size was a bit small, especially with luggage.

the staff was very friendly. i received fresh towels and bottles of water daily. complimentary toiletries were available near the reception, i found this convenient.
the listed amenities included laundry, but there were no coin laundry machines.

particular smell blood stains
The location was good. It was within a 5-minute walk to shops.
i was sadly disappointed. The room had a particular smell. The bathroom smelled like pee!!! The duvet had blood stains all over it. Rooms were extra SMALL.

decent stay near akihabara station
station proximity bathroom size extra pillows small room limited space suitcase storage
i found the hotel located very close to the station. the bathroom was a good size compared to other hotels i have stayed in. i was able to ask for extra pillows and a blanket from the lobby. (this was helpful for my stay.)
The room felt too small for two people. i found it uncomfortable to walk around because of the limited space. there was no space to open a suitcase on the floor. It had to remain closed and standing.

awesome staff train station solid value
i found the staff awesome they promptly changed our room at my request the location is fantastic. it is close to the train station. i was kinda surprised by the cleanliness and solid value.

adequate stay, but room size disappointing
cramped room online pictures
the hotel's location was acceptable, placing me within a convenient walking distance of the bustling akihabara area.
The room felt cramped (especially with luggage), , made it hard to relax after long days. It definitely didn't match the pictures online, and i found that frustrating.

a decent stay overall
comfy bed easy access great space small room smelly towels odd scent
the bed was comfy and i got a second pillow from reception without any issues. the hotel's proximity to train stations was quite convenient. the washroom had good space and cleanliness stood out to me.
the room was very small and barely fit two big suitcases, a struggle. the towels smelled odd upon check-in, they had a slight fried scent. every day i got new towels, but the smell remained, so it was not great.
